Please know that closing escrow is considered an essential business practice and Title & Escrow companies, in conjunction with lenders, real estate agents & Recorder’s Offices are able to use electronic signing tools to ensure your transactions still run smoothly & close in a timely manner.

With fair certainty, we predict a slowdown in the next few weeks due to mandated “shelter in place” and social distancing. There will be homes taken off the market, or “temporarily withdrawn”. The California Association of Realtors has now provided our sellers the options to place their property on ‘Hold’. This allows your property to stop incurring days on the market. It won’t be marketed while on ‘Hold’ which affects visibility online, however doesn’t restrict incoming offers.
