We recently
purchased a home in Arroyo Grande, California. We had the pleasure of working
with Dick Keenan of RE/MAX Realty. We conducted most of our business long
distance as we were living in the Fresno area during this process. Dick went
out of his way to make this as quick and easy for us as possible. Dick is very
personable and professional and provides excellent customer service. He
continues to do so even after the sale was completed. We recently received from
Dick an itemized statement of the charges incurred during escrow. Dick's letter
stated that since we had recently moved and possibly still had unpacked boxes,
